Dr Catalina Miranda Munoz PhD

Lecturer

School of Psychology

Currently a lecturer at the Joint Centre for Disaster Research, I aim to reduce risk and build community resilience, particularly on timber-framed structures' performance during earthquakes and factors influencing structural preparedness. With a strong foundation in timber engineering, I am fascinated by understanding community perceptions of risk and actions to mitigate it.
