Darryl Forsyth is a senior lecturer in Department of Management at Massey University’s Albany campus. He currently teaches in area of Human Resource Management & Research Methods. His ‘umbrella’ research focus is on understanding and facilitating healthy work.  More specifically, currently this includes research projects on Information overload, Resilience, Workplace bullying & violence.  The majority of my research focus is with the ‘Healthy Work Group’, where he specialises in designing comprehensive data collection tools and data analysis/modelling. He holds a PhD in Applied Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury
